


“I am a 71 year-old woman. I was talking to a neighbor and he had enrolled in the Precision Exercise Program. He said “I think you would enjoy the work-out.” So, I started in September of 2007. I have been going once a week since I started.
The trainers will work with you during the session, making sure you are doing it properly so you won’t hurt yourself. The session takes 30 minutes. The effort you put forth will make positive changes to your body. It will be a good workout.

I saw an article, about Precision Exercise, in a magazine. As intriguing as it sounded, I just couldn't believe that what Hugh explained could make that much of a difference, but after I went in and spoke with him I decided to give it a try.
The funny part is that when I first started I really did not think that someone of my age could actually make the type of changes that I have made in my body so I am very excited.
I am a huge advocate of Precision Exercise. I have told all of my friends about it and I really believe in what I am telling them. Since I have been working with Precision Exercise I have actually been able to understand how to eat and I enjoy eating now. I eat more (and better) than I ever have, in my life, and feel really good. I have energy that I attribute to my new diet and work out. I have never had an actual trainer and this has made a huge difference because I can understand what works and he helps me to understand why.

People all around me used to say "you are so tiny", "you don't need to lose weight" or "I wish I were even half your size!". No one realized that I appeared small in clothes but as I was hitting later 40's I was getting a flat butt and a protruding stomach and was walking on scrawny looking toothpick legs that were hurting up to my hips just from daily use. I was ashamed of my lack of motivation and depressed and confused on why I could not turn things around. I used my health issues as an excuse.
I kept trying to capture the workout days of 20+ years ago. I found that I just could not get it going in a traditional gym because I no longer knew what worked nor do I have the time I used to have. I drove by Precision Exercise for months wondering what it was and one day I was hurting just enough that I looked it up on the internet and joined up with Hugh's promise that if I just do what he tells me to do, I will be blown away with the results in a short period of time.It sounded too good to be true but he was right! I found it to be exactly what I needed..precise exercise attention one on one with fast, motivating results. The energy and self respect I have gained are priceless.
I was looking for direction in how to reshape my body as close to how I used to be many years ago so that I am lean, and muscular. I wanted to wear clothing that represented my true self. "Frumpy" moved out and according to my husband "sexy" moved back in! I was also looking to stop hurting due to atrophy in my muscles and stop spending more time on the chiropractor's table than on the weight machines.I was also looking for help in my health since I was deteriorating. I not only dealt with consequences of it but had the doctor's diagnosis to prove it including a great loss of bone density and I am not even 50 yet!! Finally, I wanted to be able to keep up with the family of athletes I live with and take up tennis. You need strength in any sport but particularly this one because you use your whole body. You also want to look great in the tennis clothes!!
Well, I now have a dedicated person waiting for me on an exact schedule (once or twice a week for less than 30 minutes) that fits my life without too much sacrifice. Hugh has a game plan that I don't even have to think about except for the work I put in when I am at Precision Exercise.
Here's the facts:
In 6 months I have lost 9 lbs of fat and replaced it with muscle. I am wearing clothes that I put in the donation pile. Every part of my body is more tone and my stomach is by far flatter (and stays that way!). I went to my 30 year class reunion feeling fantastic and proud!! My bone density is starting to show increase and my blood tests show favorable results in every category. My doctor is extremely pleased. I have gone down 2 pants sizes since the tummy flattened and the butt and legs got muscular!! My arms are getting to be feminine "guns" as my son says! I sleep better and am not suffering from "female hormonal issues". I have more energy all day at work...and I have a very stressful job with long hours.
Seriously, what are you waiting for? You know you want what this can do for you. Trust this! Don't think too hard about it, "just do it"!! You will have a right to be sassy about yourself. You have to take care of yourself because you can never take for granted that your husband will always be attracted to you and that you will have the health to take care of your kids or family members. Finally, it is so true that life is tons more fun when you are in shape. If all that doesn't work, then just quit driving yourself crazy with self loathing because it's your choice to not do something about it, no one else's. And remember, your body is your only thing that you truly have control of.
