A Successful Event!
For those who couldn't make Dr. McGuff's presentation on the 15th, I can tell you that he gave us all a lot of timely and useful information and I think eveyone there got something meaningful from him. The folks at Village On The Park provided a first class set-up and I thank them for their generous hospitality.
A salute to all those that did attend!
You are to be commended for taking action to better your health and well-being. As I wrote in a previous email, the inertia of routine prevents people from taking action even if its for their own good. The clients of Precision Exercise are those rare folks who, like those who save for retirement, know that the time and effort they invest today will pay off ten-fold in the years to come. I wish everyone thought that way, but reality says that's not the case.
I encourage everyone who wants to take control (before the government does)of their health to purchase Body by Science, read it, seek to understand it, and apply the principles it teaches to realize your own health and fitness goals.
